If the item does not correspond with the description, or is dead on arrival.( All Electrics are checked before Shipping )

We allow our customers maximum 5 working days from arrival date to NOTIFY us should item(s) arrives defective.
Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging & packed securely for shipping, UNUSED and in a resell able condition.
Please use Registered Post to return goods so as to confirm delivery.
Exchange of item or credit in merchandise to the value of item will be given. Postage & Handling Fees are non refundable. Buyer is responsible for postage costs incurred in returning products to Seller.
We reserve the right to not accept return of item(s) in USED condition. Refunds will be only given for items we receive and inspect.
A 20% restocking fee on items returned without fault will apply.
